DP1 and DP2 Students Begin the Year Together

On 1 September, International School Premjers welcomed DP1 and DP2 students to a joint Opening Homeroom Assembly.

Working in mixed groups, students had the opportunity to get to know one another, explore key Diploma Programme requirements and look ahead at important deadlines for the academic year.

DP2 students also shared practical advice based on their own experience, including how to manage workloads, when to ask for support and how to maintain a healthy balance between school responsibilities and life outside the classroom.

For our new DP1 students, the assembly was an opportunity to ask questions and hear directly from students who have already completed their first year of the Diploma Programme. For DP2, it was a chance to reflect on their own experience and support the next cohort as they begin their DP journey.

It was a meaningful and collaborative start to the new school year.
