Open Lecture with Martins Zutauts

On November 3, 2025, IB DP students participated in the Effective Communication workshop hosted by Riga Nordic University (RNU) and led by lecturer Martins Zutauts, Prof. MSc in Operational Management.

The interactive session focused on improving students’ speaking confidence, active listening, and interpersonal communication through a variety of pair and group activities.

Students learnt to feel more confident expressing their ideas in academic and social settings and particularly enjoyed spontaneous interaction and collaboration.

The event was a great success, providing valuable skills and inspiration for future communication challenges.
